Bringing Light to Togo
Wedged between Ghana & Benin in West Africa is the narrow country of Togo, one of the poorest countries of Africa. Many of
its rural citizens live from day to day, seeking sustenance from small plots of ground during the rainy season and nearly
starving in the dry season. Located near the equator, it sees nearly twelve hours of darkness each night all year, and the
darkness can seem a portent of the problems prevalent within the country.
Into this physical and spiritual darkness Armee du Christ en Mission brings the light of Jesus Christ, the hope not only of
a glorious eternity but also of a God who cares about individual persons and their daily lives. Under the dynamic leadership
of found Petro Aziato, ACM couples the Gospel with practical help inspired by the example of Jesus. This site is dedicated
to sharing the passion, vision and ministry of ACM with the hope that like-minded believers around the world will be inspired
to devote themselves to fulfilling their role in the Great Commission, and considering whether they might be called to partner
with ACM to reach West Africa.
